1. If I have any questions about my report who can I speak to?

In most cases, you will be able to speak with the person who undertook the inspection. For Building & Pest Reports the inspectors name & mobile number are on the second page. For Strata Reports please contact our office on 1300 729 296.

2. I've purchased a report but I am unable to to open the file?

The reports are provided in a PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat to read.

3. I've purchased a report but the link to the report is not working?

If you have any problems retrieving a purchased report please contact our office for help on 1300 729 296.

4. How long will it take for me to receive the report after I purchase it?

Once the payment has been approved it should only take a few minutes for the report to be sent to you via email.

5. I have paid for the report but the report hasn't been sent to my email address, what do I do?

There could be various different reasons that the report does not come through, if it does not arrive within 24hrs please call us on 1300 729 296.

6. I'm interested in buying a property but don't know which report I need?

You can find detailed information about our different Property Inspection reports. But for your reference, here is a summary of what each report will provide you:

  • Our detailed Timber Pest Inspection checks a home for a loss of integrity in its timber structure caused by termites, borers, chemical delignification (common in industrial areas) and fungal decay (such as black rot). The report will detail any sighted acitivity with the home, potential threats, treatement history, recommendations and important maintenance information.
  • Our Building Inspection is a thorough assessment of the structural integrity of the home examining all areas of the including the roof space, sub floor and external structures.
  • Our Strata Inspection is a search of the written records for properties that are part of a unit complex. Rentokil’s strata reports help you make an informed decision by taking a detailed look at the financial state of the body corporate, insurance policies and building works histories. .
